"We have successfully optimized and validated our DIF testing using your conjugates on our Leica BOND. I remember from our phone conversation that you were interested in how it went for us and I wanted to let you know. We did settle on a 1:7 dilution for IgA, IgG, IgM and C3. We settled on 1:14 for Fibrinogen.
I have ordered more product and will aliquot and freeze this week. I noted that your recommended storage temp is between 4 to minus 20 degrees below. Is there any harm in storing the conjugates at -80 if I use cryovials? I don’t have a lot of regular freezer space. I will wait to hear from you before freezing.
Thanks so much for all your help!"
