positive for IgE

"Donald  - worked perfect! I did run 1in 25 dilution two samples I knew were positive for IgE. I always incubate at least one hour, not like most people 30 minutes. Watched for at least 25 to 30 min in PBS. The pictures are of IgE pemphigus and one sweat glands positive. The tissue was cut in a hurry for the technician because is Friday and are not the best pictures. STAIN EXCELENTE and none background! WE WILL START using again and recommend to others."
