1. Description

        Antiserum to camelid IgG H&L chain is produced in goat by immunization with purified camelid IgG H&L chain.  The affinity purified antibody fraction of the absorbed, monospecific antiserum is then prepared, followed by reaction with purified Horseradish peroxidase attaching surface carbohydrates to protein as developed by Nakane³.  Total protein is determined by the Biuret reaction.  Thimerosal (0.01% w/v) is added as preservative.
