| Specific antibody is isolated from the IgG fraction of animal serum by solid phase purification and then conjugated with purified horseradish peroxidase. Attachment is through the surface carbohydrate at the tagging rate of two peroxidase molecules per immunoglobulin. The result of this method of tagging gives a much higher specificity and sensitivity. Antibody concentration is 2 mg/ml. Total protein is slightly higher. |
